Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By completing registration, you are considered to have accepted all rules and conditions.

Welcome to cw44. This document is a legally binding agreement between the cw44 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By using our website or app, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions below. Please read the entire page; if you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.

1 General Provisions

cw44 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every registered member.

These Terms are written in English and are prepared for users in Bangladesh. They supersede any previous oral or written agreements. If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force.

Important: This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Opening an account by a minor is strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" — cw44's website, mobile app and all related digital services.
  • "Member" — a person who has successfully registered an account and is using the platform.
  • "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in a member's account (bonus balance is separate).
  • "Bonus" — additional credits granted under a promotional offer, which cannot be withdrawn before meeting the specified wagering requirement.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds may be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account, a member must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
  • All information provided must be true, accurate and complete.
  • One person may create only one account.
  • The account must be operated in your own name and with your own funds.
  • Registration is not permitted from regions where online gaming is prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, a member must provide their correct name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method details. cw44 may at any time request additional documents as part of the identity verification (KYC) process, such as a copy of a national ID card or passport.

Warning: Registering with false information will result in immediate account cancellation and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password or account access with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately via live chat or email.

  • Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
  • Beware of phishing sites — cw44's official address is cw44.cam.

3.2 Updating Information

If any personal account details change (such as your mobile number or payment method), you must notify our support team immediately. cw44 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for each method).
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
  • Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • For suspicious transactions, cw44 may request further verification.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

cw44 will not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect account numbers or details entered during a deposit or withdrawal. Please notify our support team immediately about any unintended transactions. cw44 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions or potential money laundering to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cw44 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus applies only once per person, per household, per device or per IP address.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Accepting a bonus offer is entirely optional. Each offer has a specific validity period.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
  • The use of bonuses may be restricted to certain games — please check the details of each offer.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.
  • cw44 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

cw44 ensures fair play across all games. Game outcomes on our platform are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which is not controlled by any party.

  • All betting and gaming activities will be conducted in accordance with the platform's rules.
  • Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.
  • In the event of a technical issue, cw44 reserves the right to return the original stake amount.
  • If an internet connection is lost, the outcome of an active bet will be determined according to the server's records.

6.2 Special Provisions for Cricket Betting

The following applies to betting on all cricket events including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup:

  • If a match is abandoned or disrupted by rain, bets will be settled according to cw44's designated rules.
  • Bets on events related to match fixing or corruption will be considered void.
  • Odds offered in live betting may change at any time.

7 VIP Program

The cw44 VIP Program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits. Advancement to a higher tier depends on a member's overall gaming activity.

Bronze Tier

Weekly Cashback:

0.3%

The starting tier for new members. You can move to a higher tier through regular gaming.

Silver Tier

Weekly Cashback:

0.6%

For active members. Enhanced benefits and priority support.

Gold Tier

Weekly Cashback:

0.9%

For regular and active players. Exclusive offers and faster withdrawals.

Platinum Tier

Weekly Cashback:

1.2%

The highest tier. Personal account manager and maximum benefits.

VIP tier changes are determined automatically. cw44 reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time. If a member's account is found to be in violation or misuse, their VIP benefits may be cancelled immediately.

8 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Misusing or manipulating the bonus system.
  • Interfering with or hacking the platform's software.
  • Operating an account under a false identity.
  • Attempting to access another member's account.
  • Using software or bots to manipulate game results.
  • Conducting gaming activities on behalf of minors.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by cw44

If there is evidence of a breach of terms, prohibited activity, or fraud, cw44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In such cases, the account balance may be held until the investigation is complete.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at their own discretion. To do so, contact our support team via live chat or email. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming

  • In the event of a temporary service outage caused by unexpected technical errors or server issues.
  • In the event of loss of data or funds due to a security breach on the member's device or network.
Notice: Gaming always carries financial risk. Only play with money that, if lost, will not significantly affect your financial situation.

13 Changes to Terms

cw44 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered contact details, or a clear notice will be displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, contact our support team to close your account.

14.2 Final Provisions
